According to his LinkedIn profile Juan is a partner at the SNC strategies, where he joined the firm in 2016.

Rodriguez was born in Burbank and grew up in North Hollywood. His parents were both 19 when they fled El Salvador for the United States in the late 1970s and early ’80s around the civil war. His father was a carpenter while his mother was a housekeeper.

Rodriguez who is 31 years old received his B.A. from the University of California, Los Angeles and earned an M.B.A. from Pepperdine Graziaidio School of Business Management.

Prior to that, he worked as a senior advisor for in the California Department of Justice where Harris was the Attorney General. He also served as the Director of State relations at the Office of Los Angeles Mayor Antonio R. Villaraigosa.
