The Ministry of Education, Science and Technology have directed the National Examination Board (NEB) to postpone remaining examinations under the ongoing Secondary Education Examination (SEE) in State-2.

The Ministry took this decision on Friday after finding question papers leak before the scheduled examination. Organizing a press conference here in the capital city, Minister for Education, Giriraj Mani Pokharel, directed the Board to postpone the examinations from Friday onwards till next notice.

According to him, the examination of science scheduled on April 5 will, however, be conducted as scheduled. The NEB will manage question papers for postponed examinations.

The exams commenced before March 28 would not be affected by this decision. The SEE examinations in the remaining 6 states would go as usual. Minister Pokharel has stated that the activities of making question papers leak were the criminal acts.
